Responsibility
- Coordinate and oversee interior renovation and carpentry projects from inception to completion.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budgets.
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and suppliers to align project requirements and expectations.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress, quality, and compliance with design specifications.
- Prepare and present project reports, including progress updates, risk assessments, and financial tracking.
- Manage procurement of materials and equipment, ensuring cost-effectiveness and availability.
- Resolve on-site challenges and conflicts, providing solutions to keep projects on track.
- Collaborate with design and architecture teams to refine project plans and execution strategies.
Qualifications
- Diploma in Project Management, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Proven experience in interior renovation, carpentry, or construction project coordination.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client and team interactions.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Trello, or Asana) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of local building codes, safety regulations, and industry best practices.
- Problem-solving mindset with a keen eye for detail and quality control.
