Responsibility
- Develop sustainable and innovative architectural designs from concept to completion, ensuring alignment with client needs and environmental standards.
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and designers to create functional, aesthetically pleasing, and eco-conscious structures.
- Prepare and present detailed drawings, 3D models, and specifications using industry-standard software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp).
- Conduct site visits and assessments to evaluate project feasibility, constraints, and opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, zoning regulations, and sustainability certifications (e.g., LEED, Green Building Council).
- Research and integrate cutting-edge materials and technologies to enhance design efficiency and sustainability.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to deliver high-quality results on schedule.
- Engage with clients to understand their vision, provide expert recommendations, and maintain strong relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
- Minimum 3-5 years of professional experience in architectural design, with a portfolio showcasing sustainable projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and other relevant design tools.
- Strong knowledge of sustainable design principles, green building standards, and local construction practices.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to articulate design concepts to clients and stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, multicultural team.
- Familiarity with Bali’s building regulations, climate considerations, and cultural aesthetics is a plus.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Indonesian (Bahasa) is advantageous.
