Responsibility
- Develop and design creative assets for digital and print media, including social media graphics, marketing materials, and branding elements.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to create visually compelling content that aligns with our brand identity.
- Manage multiple design projects from concept to completion, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to bring fresh and innovative ideas to the table.
- Create and maintain design guidelines and templates to ensure consistency across all brand materials.
- Work closely with external vendors and printers to ensure the accurate production of design materials.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to enhance our brand's visual appeal.
- Review and provide feedback on design work to maintain high standards and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and a keen eye for detail.
- Familiarity with digital marketing and social media platforms is a plus.
