Responsibility
- Develop custom interior design concepts tailored to client needs, preferences, and project requirements.
- Create detailed 2D/3D renderings, mood boards, and technical drawings using industry-standard software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max).
- Collaborate with clients to understand their vision, provide design consultations, and present proposals.
- Coordinate with manufacturing teams to ensure designs are feasible, cost-effective, and aligned with production capabilities.
- Source and select high-quality materials, finishes, and furnishings that meet project specifications and budgets.
- Oversee project timelines, from concept to installation, ensuring adherence to deadlines and quality standards.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging materials, and sustainable design practices.
- Conduct site visits to assess spaces, take measurements, and resolve any design or implementation challenges.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in interior design, preferably in custom manufacturing or high-end residential/commercial projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), and rendering software.
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative design solutions, technical drawings, and completed projects.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and client-facing skills.
- Knowledge of materials, construction methods, and local building codes in Indonesia.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian is a plus.
