Responsibility
- Design and produce high-quality motion graphics, animations, and multimedia content for digital platforms, including social media, websites, and presentations.
- Collaborate with marketing and branding teams to develop creative concepts that align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
- Create engaging explainer videos, promotional animations, and interactive graphics to enhance user experience and brand storytelling.
- Optimize designs for various digital channels, ensuring consistency in style, tone, and messaging across all platforms.
- Stay updated on industry trends in digital design, animation, and motion graphics to incorporate innovative techniques into your work.
- Work with cross-functional teams to refine designs based on feedback and performance metrics.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines without compromising on quality.
- Contribute to brainstorming sessions and provide creative input to enhance brand identity and digital presence.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Digital Designer, Motion Graphics Designer, or Multimedia Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing your work in animation and motion graphics.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator) and other industry-standard design tools.
- Strong understanding of animation principles, typography, color theory, and composition for digital media.
- Experience with video editing, 3D modeling, or interactive design is a plus.
- Ability to translate complex ideas into visually compelling and easy-to-understand designs.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Self-motivated with a keen eye for detail and a passion for staying ahead of design trends.
- Bachelorâs degree in Graphic Design, Digital Media, Animation, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
