Responsibility
- Develop conceptual designs, detailed drawings, and 3D models for residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects.
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure designs meet technical, budgetary, and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct site visits and feasibility studies to assess project constraints and opportunities.
- Prepare and present design proposals, renderings, and documentation to clients and internal teams.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, zoning laws, and sustainability standards.
- Oversee project progress from schematic design to construction, providing guidance to ensure design integrity.
- Incorporate sustainable and eco-friendly principles into architectural solutions.
- Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and technologies to drive innovation in design.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
- Minimum 3-5 years of professional experience in architectural design, preferably in resort, hospitality, or commercial projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative design skills and technical expertise.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to articulate design concepts clearly.
- Knowledge of Bali’s architectural styles, tropical design, and local construction practices is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Indonesian (Bahasa) is advantageous.
