Responsibility
- Develop and present architectural designs and plans that meet client requirements and regulatory standards.
- Create detailed drawings, 3D models, and visualizations using industry-leading software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Lumion.
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
- Conduct site visits and assessments to gather data and monitor project progress.
- Prepare and review construction documents, specifications, and cost estimates.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, zoning laws, and environmental regulations.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior architects and draftsmen.
- Stay updated with the latest trends, materials, and technologies in architecture and construction.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
- Valid license to practice architecture in Indonesia or equivalent international certification.
- Proven experience of at least 3 years in architectural design, planning, and project coordination.
- Proficiency in architectural software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and rendering tools like Lumion or V-Ray.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of architectural projects and design capabilities.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of sustainable design principles and green building practices is a plus.
