Responsibility
- Assist in drafting and modifying architectural designs using AutoCAD or SketchUp under the guidance of senior designers.
- Organize and maintain digital design files, ensuring version control and easy accessibility for team members.
- Coordinate administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, managing project timelines, and preparing documentation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather project requirements and distribute design assets efficiently.
- Conduct quality checks on design outputs to ensure adherence to project specifications and industry standards.
- Assist in preparing presentations and reports for client meetings and internal reviews.
- Manage communication between design teams and external stakeholders, ensuring timely updates and feedback.
- Support the implementation of design workflows to optimize productivity and project delivery.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Design Assistant or similar role, with proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, or related design software.
- Strong administrative skills, including experience with project management tools and office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
- Excellent organizational abilities with a keen eye for detail and accuracy in design and documentation.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to liaise with team members and stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.
- Familiarity with architectural or interior design principles is a plus.
- Prior experience in a remote or hybrid work environment is advantageous.
