Responsibility
- Develop and design high-quality graphics, illustrations, and multimedia content for digital and print platforms.
- Adapt existing content to suit various cultural and regional markets while maintaining brand consistency.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and creative teams to produce visually engaging materials for campaigns, social media, and promotional activities.
- Create and edit videos, animations, and interactive media to enhance user engagement.
- Ensure all designs adhere to Nestle's brand guidelines and meet industry standards for quality and accessibility.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve creative output.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines without compromising on creativity or quality.
- Provide creative input and solutions during brainstorming sessions and project planning.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2+ years) in graphic design, multimedia production, or content adaptation, preferably in a corporate or agency setting.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
- Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects, including digital and print media.
- Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
