Responsibility
- Assist in developing creative concepts for experiential marketing campaigns, events, and digital/physical spaces.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design brand-aligned visual assets, including graphics, presentations, and mockups.
- Support the production of 2D/3D renderings, storyboards, and prototypes for client pitches and activations.
- Conduct research on design trends, competitor analysis, and cultural insights to inform innovative solutions.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute fresh, out-of-the-box ideas to elevate client experiences.
- Assist in on-site event execution, ensuring seamless delivery of design elements.
- Maintain organized files and documentation for all design projects and revisions.
- Receive mentorship and feedback to refine your technical and creative skills in a professional setting.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a design, fine arts, architecture, or related program.
- Strong portfolio showcasing creativity, technical skills, and a keen eye for detail (include link in application).
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Sketch, Figma, or similar tools.
- Basic knowledge of 3D modeling software (e.g., Blender, AutoCAD, or SketchUp) is a plus.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills with the ability to articulate design rationale.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and eager to learn in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Passion for experiential design, branding, and storytelling with a user-centric approach.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal); knowledge of Indonesian is a bonus.
