Responsibility
- Develop and present conceptual design proposals for residential, commercial, and hospitality projects, aligning with client briefs and brand identity.
- Create detailed drawings, 3D renderings, and mood boards using industry-standard software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and vendors to ensure seamless project execution from concept to completion.
- Select and source materials, finishes, furniture, and decor that balance aesthetics, durability, and budget constraints.
- Conduct site visits and measurements to assess spatial requirements and identify design opportunities or challenges.
- Prepare cost estimates and project timelines, ensuring adherence to budgets and deadlines.
- Stay updated on emerging design trends, sustainable practices, and local building codes in Bali and Indonesia.
- Provide client presentations and design consultations, articulating ideas clearly and professionally.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field with 3+ years of professional experience.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Photoshop, and Illustrator; familiarity with 3D visualization tools is a plus.
- Strong portfolio showcasing residential, commercial, or hospitality projects with a keen eye for detail and spatial planning.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is advantageous.
- Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines while maintaining high standards of quality.
- Deep understanding of materials, construction methods, and vendor coordination in the Southeast Asian context.
- Creative problem-solving skills and a client-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional results.
- Willingness to travel to project sites across Bali as needed.
