Responsibility
- Assist in preparing clay and maintaining studio equipment.
- Support the production of ceramic pieces, including hand-building and wheel-throwing.
- Help with glazing, firing, and finishing ceramic works.
- Assist in organizing and setting up studio spaces for workshops and events.
- Collaborate with the team on creative projects and brainstorming sessions.
- Document studio processes and contribute to social media content.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Participate in team meetings and provide input on studio operations.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from an art, design, or ceramics program.
- Basic knowledge of ceramic techniques and materials.
- Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills and a willingness to learn.
- Physical ability to handle studio tasks, including lifting and standing for extended periods.
- Portfolio or examples of previous ceramic work (preferred).
- Familiarity with Bali's art scene is a plus.
