Responsibility
- Create and modify Revit models and drawings based on project requirements and architectural specifications.
- Assist in preparing construction documents, including floor plans, elevations, and sections.
- Perform data entry and document management to maintain accurate project records.
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to ensure design consistency and compliance with standards.
- Review and update BIM models to reflect design changes and client feedback.
- Support administrative tasks such as filing, tracking requests, and organizing project data.
- Generate 2D and 3D renderings for presentations and client reviews.
- Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience with Revit (fresh graduates with strong Revit skills are encouraged to apply).
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, or other CAD software is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to interpret technical drawings.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills in English.
- Basic knowledge of BIM standards and construction documentation.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize deadlines in a remote setting.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace in Bali.
