Responsibility
- Develop, refine, and manage BIM models using Autodesk Revit for architectural projects.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and designers to ensure accurate and efficient project execution.
- Create detailed 2D/3D drawings, renderings, and construction documents from BIM models.
- Optimize BIM workflows and standards to improve project efficiency and quality.
- Perform clash detection and coordination to resolve design conflicts before construction.
- Ensure compliance with local and international BIM standards and protocols (e.g., ISO 19650).
- Provide technical support and training to team members on Revit and BIM best practices.
- Stay updated on the latest BIM trends, tools, and technologies to drive innovation.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Revit Specialist, BIM Architect, or BIM Drafter (3+ years preferred).
- Proficiency in Autodesk Revit (Architecture, Structure, or MEP) with a strong portfolio of BIM projects.
- Experience with BIM 360, Navisworks, Dynamo, or similar tools is a plus.
- Strong understanding of architectural design, construction documentation, and BIM standards.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal).
- Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field (preferred but not required for experienced candidates).
