Responsibility
- Lead and manage fit-out projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with architects, interior designers, contractors, and vendors to align project deliverables and resolve conflicts.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, including milestones, resource allocation, and risk management plans.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress, address issues, and ensure compliance with design specifications and safety regulations.
- Manage client relationships, providing regular updates, addressing concerns, and ensuring satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
- Negotiate contracts with suppliers and subcontractors to secure competitive pricing and timely delivery of materials and services.
- Prepare and present project reports, including financial summaries, progress updates, and post-project evaluations.
- Ensure all projects comply with local building codes, permits, and industry best practices.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in interior project management, with a focus on fit-out projects in commercial, hospitality, or residential sectors.
- Proven track record of successfully managing projects from concept to completion, including budgeting, scheduling, and stakeholder coordination.
- Strong knowledge of interior design principles, construction methods, and materials used in fit-out projects.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage cross-functional teams and client relationships.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Trello, Asana) and tools like AutoCAD or SketchUp for reviewing design plans.
- Familiarity with local building codes, permits, and regulations in Bali or Indonesia is a plus.
- Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Project Management, or a related field is preferred.
