Responsibility
- Develop and implement visual merchandising strategies to enhance brand identity and drive customer engagement across all retail locations.
- Translate marketing campaigns into cohesive in-store experiences, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and business objectives.
- Collaborate with marketing, design, and operations teams to create visually compelling displays, signage, and promotional materials.
- Oversee the execution of visual standards, including product placement, lighting, and spatial design, to optimize customer flow and sales.
- Conduct regular store visits to assess visual compliance, provide feedback, and implement improvements as needed.
- Manage budgets for visual merchandising projects, ensuring cost-effective solutions without compromising quality.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging design technologies to keep our brand ahead of the curve.
- Train and mentor store teams on visual merchandising best practices to maintain consistency and excellence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Visual Merchandising, Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in visual merchandising, retail design, or brand experience management, preferably in the wellness or luxury retail sector.
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative design concepts and successful visual merchandising projects.
- Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, or Canva) and 3D rendering tools (e.g., SketchUp, AutoCAD).
- Exceptional attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics, color theory, and spatial design.
- Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and stakeholders.
- Experience working in a multi-location retail environment, with a focus on maintaining brand consistency.
