Responsibility
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and student engagement.
- Design and produce high-quality visual content (graphics, social media assets, presentations) aligned with brand guidelines.
- Manage and optimize social media channels (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook) to drive traffic and conversions.
- Create and curate SEO-friendly content for blogs, websites, and email campaigns.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics (Google Analytics, social insights) to refine strategies.
- Collaborate with educators and stakeholders to translate academic programs into compelling marketing narratives.
- Stay updated on digital marketing trends and emerging tools to maintain a competitive edge.
- Coordinate with external vendors (photographers, videographers) for multimedia projects.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education, Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field.
- Maximum 30 years old with a passion for the education sector.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, graphic design, or content creation (portfolio required).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Indonesian.
- Proficiency in design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) and marketing platforms (Google Ads, Meta Business Suite).
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and social media algorithms.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- Creative thinker with a problem-solving approach and attention to detail.
