Responsibility
- Represent Million Lighting Co Pte Ltd in premium retail locations, providing exceptional customer service and product expertise.
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend tailored lighting and home décor solutions.
- Drive sales by showcasing the unique features and benefits of our luxury products, including custom lighting designs and high-end décor.
- Collaborate with retail partners to ensure optimal product placement, merchandising, and in-store promotions.
- Conduct product demonstrations and workshops to educate customers and retail staff on our latest collections.
- Monitor inventory levels, restock products, and maintain a visually appealing retail display.
- Gather customer feedback and market insights to contribute to product development and marketing strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with interior designers, architects, and hospitality professionals to expand our client base.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail sales, preferably in luxury home décor, lighting, or a related industry.
- Strong passion for design, aesthetics, and customer service, with the ability to articulate product benefits effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Experience in merchandising, visual display, or retail operations is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with Bali’s luxury retail market or hospitality industry is an advantage.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, to align with retail demands.
