We are seeking a dynamic F&B Sales & Marketing Supervisor to lead our growth in Bali’s competitive market, driving brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth across our premium food and beverage offerings.
In this role, you will develop and execute innovative marketing strategies, manage key client relationships, and oversee promotional campaigns to position Cita Rasa Medan as the go-to destination for authentic Indonesian cuisine in Bali. Your expertise in F&B sales, digital marketing, and team leadership will be instrumental in expanding our footprint in Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, and beyond.

Responsibility
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to boost brand visibility and customer acquisition in Bali’s F&B sector.
- Lead digital marketing initiatives, including social media campaigns, email marketing, and SEO/SEM to drive online engagement and conversions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including hotels, restaurants, and event organizers, to secure partnerships and bulk orders.
- Oversee the planning and execution of promotional events, food festivals, and tasting sessions to showcase Cita Rasa Medan’s unique offerings.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine product positioning and pricing strategies.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure marketing materials and campaigns align with the brand’s authentic Medan flavors and quality standards.
- Manage a high-performing sales and marketing team, setting KPIs, providing coaching, and fostering a results-driven culture.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, ROI of marketing campaigns, and customer insights for senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in F&B sales and marketing, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth through strategic marketing and sales initiatives in the hospitality or food industry.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, including social media platforms, Google Analytics, and CRM systems.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to engage with clients, partners, and team members.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian; additional knowledge of local Balinese dialects is a plus.
- Creative thinker with a data-driven approach to decision-making and campaign optimization.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects, and meet tight deadlines.
