Responsibility

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing digital marketing team, fostering creativity, innovation, and accountability.
  • Oversee SEO/SEM, PPC, social media, email marketing, and content strategies to maximize ROI.
  • Analyze performance metrics (Google Analytics, social insights, etc.) and adjust campaigns for optimal results.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, sales, product) to ensure brand consistency and alignment with business goals.
  • Manage digital advertising budgets and allocate resources effectively across channels.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscapes to keep strategies cutting-edge.
  • Optimize user experience (UX) and conversion rates through A/B testing, landing page improvements, and funnel analysis.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (Master’s a plus).
  • Proven 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Expertise in SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Data Studio, etc.).
  • Strong leadership skills with a track record of building and scaling high-performing teams.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Proficiency in content management systems (CMS), CRM tools, and marketing automation platforms.
  • Outstanding communication and project management skills to coordinate cross-departmental initiatives.
  • Familiarity with Bali’s digital landscape and consumer behavior is a strong advantage.
