Responsibility
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing digital marketing team, fostering creativity, innovation, and accountability.
- Oversee SEO/SEM, PPC, social media, email marketing, and content strategies to maximize ROI.
- Analyze performance metrics (Google Analytics, social insights, etc.) and adjust campaigns for optimal results.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, sales, product) to ensure brand consistency and alignment with business goals.
- Manage digital advertising budgets and allocate resources effectively across channels.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscapes to keep strategies cutting-edge.
- Optimize user experience (UX) and conversion rates through A/B testing, landing page improvements, and funnel analysis.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (Masterās a plus).
- Proven 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Expertise in SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Data Studio, etc.).
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of building and scaling high-performing teams.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Proficiency in content management systems (CMS), CRM tools, and marketing automation platforms.
- Outstanding communication and project management skills to coordinate cross-departmental initiatives.
- Familiarity with Baliās digital landscape and consumer behavior is a strong advantage.
