Responsibility
- Develop and execute multi-channel branding and marketing strategies to enhance AICBâs visibility and engagement across digital and traditional platforms.
- Lead the creation of high-impact digital content, including social media campaigns, blogs, videos, and newsletters, tailored to banking professionals and industry stakeholders.
- Manage public relations (PR) initiatives, media relations, and press releases to position AICB as a thought leader in the banking and finance sector.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent brand messaging across all touchpoints, including events, publications, and member communications.
- Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics (e.g., engagement rates, lead generation, ROI) to optimize campaigns and report on outcomes.
- Oversee the design and production of marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, and promotional materials, aligned with AICBâs brand guidelines.
- Plan and execute virtual and in-person events, webinars, and workshops to drive member engagement and industry partnerships.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital marketing tools to keep AICBâs strategies innovative and competitive.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (Masterâs degree is a plus).
- 5+ years of experience in branding, marketing, or communications, preferably in the financial services, professional associations, or B2B sectors.
- Proven track record in developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns (e.g., SEO, social media, email marketing, content marketing).
- Strong copywriting and storytelling skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives for diverse audiences.
- Experience with PR and media relations, including press releases, media pitches, and crisis communications.
- Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CRM systems).
- Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Bahasa Indonesia, Mandarin) are a plus.
- Remote work experience and familiarity with collaboration tools (e.g., Slack, Trello, Zoom) are highly desirable.
