As our Marketing Assistant, youâll play a key role in shaping our online presence through engaging content, social media campaigns, and video storytelling. Youâll collaborate with our marketing team to develop creative assets that educate, inspire, and attract patients to our clinics in Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung. Responsibility
- Create and curate engaging digital content for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn) to boost brand awareness and patient engagement.
- Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, paid ads, and influencer collaborations.
- Produce high-quality video content, including filming, editing, and post-production for promotional and educational purposes.
- Develop creative copy for social media posts, blog articles, and marketing materials to communicate our services effectively.
- Monitor and analyze social media performance using analytics tools (e.g., Instagram Insights, Google Analytics) and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and implement innovative ideas for patient acquisition and retention.
- Assist in organizing and promoting clinic events, workshops, and community outreach programs.
- Maintain brand consistency across all digital and print materials.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience in content creation, social media management, or digital marketing (internships or freelance work accepted).
- Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut) and graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
- Familiarity with social media platforms, trends, and best practices for engagement and growth.
- Basic understanding of SEO principles and digital marketing strategies.
- Creative mindset with an eye for detail and a passion for storytelling.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
