Responsibility
- Lead and mentor a team of digital marketers to execute high-performing campaigns across SEO, paid ads (Google Ads, Meta Ads), and social media platforms.
- Develop and implement data-driven digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and revenue growth.
- Optimize campaign performance through A/B testing, analytics, and continuous improvement of targeting, creatives, and messaging.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (content, design, sales) to ensure alignment and maximize campaign effectiveness.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital marketing tools to stay ahead of the curve.
- Manage budgets, allocate resources efficiently, and report on KPIs to stakeholders with actionable insights.
- Oversee content marketing initiatives, including blog posts, social media content, and email campaigns, to enhance engagement.
- Ensure brand consistency across all digital channels and maintain compliance with advertising policies.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Proven track record of managing successful SEO, paid advertising (Google Ads, Meta Ads), and social media campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and SEO platforms (e.g., Ahrefs, SEMrush).
- Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp) and CRM systems is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are a bonus.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote-friendly environment with strong project management skills.
- Bachelorâs degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Certifications in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or HubSpot are highly desirable.
