Responsibility
- Develop and execute a content calendar aligned with brand guidelines and marketing objectives for platforms including Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and TikTok.
- Create high-quality, SEO-optimized written, visual, and video content (e.g., posts, reels, stories, infographics) that resonates with our target audience.
- Collaborate with designers, videographers, and copywriters to ensure consistent brand messaging and aesthetic across all channels.
- Monitor and analyze KPIs (engagement rates, reach, conversions) using tools like Google Analytics or Meta Insights to optimize content performance.
- Stay ahead of social media trends, platform algorithm updates, and competitor strategies to keep our content fresh and competitive.
- Manage community engagement by responding to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and brand-aligned manner.
- Assist in brand storytelling initiatives, including case studies, testimonials, and behind-the-scenes content to humanize the brand.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to align content with broader campaigns, product launches, and corporate announcements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven experience (1–3 years) as a Content Creator, Social Media Specialist, or Digital Marketer, with a strong portfolio showcasing creative work.
- Proficiency in content creation tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro), CapCut, or Final Cut Pro.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia, with a knack for crafting engaging, error-free copy.
- Deep understanding of social media platforms, their best practices, and how to tailor content for each audience.
- Basic knowledge of SEO principles and keyword optimization for digital content.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and adjust strategies based on performance insights.
- Creative thinker with a proactive attitude, ability to work under deadlines, and adapt to fast-paced environments.
