Responsibility
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and customer engagement.
- Plan and execute local marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, and in-store promotions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment with business objectives.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive insights.
- Organize and manage events, partnerships, and community outreach programs to boost foot traffic.
- Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to optimize campaigns and improve ROI.
- Build and maintain relationships with local influencers, media, and business partners.
- Oversee the creation of marketing materials, including brochures, social media content, and advertising collateral.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in marketing, preferably in retail, optical, or healthcare industries.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and SEO strategies.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills.
- Creative thinker with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with the Bali market and local consumer behavior is a plus.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
