Responsibility
- Develop and execute data-driven digital marketing campaigns for mobile platforms to promote BFI Finance’s financial products.
- Optimize SEO/SEM strategies to improve organic search rankings and paid media performance.
- Manage and grow social media presence (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn) with engaging, localized content.
- Analyze user behavior metrics (Google Analytics, CRM data) to refine targeting and conversion strategies.
- Collaborate with product teams to enhance mobile app user experience (UX) and retention rates.
- Monitor and report on KPIs (CAC, CTR, ROI) with actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Coordinate with local branches (e.g., Nganjuk) to align digital efforts with on-ground marketing initiatives.
- Stay ahead of fintech and mobile marketing trends to innovate campaign approaches.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related fields.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in financial services or mobile apps.
- Proven expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO tools (Ahrefs/SEMrush), and Google Analytics.
- Strong content creation and copywriting skills (English and Indonesian).
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and marketing automation.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI).
- Familiarity with ASO (App Store Optimization) and mobile growth hacking techniques.
- Excellent communication and project management skills to work in a cross-functional team.
