Responsibility
- Develop and implement trade marketing plans to drive product visibility and sales in assigned territories.
- Coordinate with retail partners to execute in-store promotions, product launches, and merchandising activities.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to refine activation strategies.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align trade activities with overall business objectives.
- Conduct regular store visits to ensure compliance with brand standards and promotional guidelines.
- Prepare reports on activation performance, including sales data, ROI, and customer feedback.
- Manage budgets and resources allocated for trade marketing initiatives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key retailers, distributors, and internal stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in trade marketing, retail activation, or sales within the FMCG industry.
- Proven track record of successfully executing in-store promotions and merchandising programs.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills for dealing with retail partners.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
- Willingness to travel within Bulacan and nearby areas as required.
