Responsibility

  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and lead generation.
  • Manage and optimize SEO/SEM campaigns, including keyword research, on-page/off-page SEO, and backlink strategies.
  • Create, curate, and schedule engaging social media content across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok).
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics (Google Analytics, Meta Insights, etc.) to refine strategies and improve ROI.
  • Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.) with A/B testing and budget optimization.
  • Collaborate with design and content teams to produce high-quality multimedia assets (videos, graphics, blogs).
  • Stay ahead of digital marketing trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
  • Report on KPIs (traffic, conversions, engagement) and present insights to stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, SEO, or social media management.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and other marketing tools.
  • Strong understanding of content marketing, PPC, and email marketing best practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
  • Creative mindset with a data-driven approach to problem-solving.
  • Experience with CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce) and basic graphic design (Canva, Adobe Suite) is advantageous.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team, with strong project management skills.
