Responsibility
- Develop and execute data-driven digital marketing campaigns across SEO, SEM, email, and social media to boost brand visibility and customer acquisition.
- Manage and optimize e-commerce platforms (e.g., Tokopedia, Shopee, official websites) to enhance user experience and conversion rates.
- Create and curate engaging content (copy, images, videos) aligned with brand guidelines and audience preferences.
- Monitor and analyze KPIs (traffic, CTR, ROI, conversion rates) using tools like Google Analytics, and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, product, design) to align digital efforts with business objectives.
- Stay ahead of industry trends in digital marketing and e-commerce, proposing innovative solutions to maintain competitive edge.
- Manage paid advertising campaigns (Facebook Ads, Google Ads) with budget optimization and A/B testing.
- Build and nurture customer relationships through CRM tools, loyalty programs, and personalized marketing automation.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, or a similar role (F&B/retail industry is a plus).
- Proficient in SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and e-commerce platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Indonesian.
- Creative thinker with a problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
- Experience with content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Suite) and basic HTML/CSS is advantageous.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
