Responsibility

  • Develop and execute ecommerce strategies to drive sales and enhance customer engagement for our beauty product portfolio.
  • Manage and optimize online marketplaces (e.g., Shopify, Lazada, Shopee, Amazon) to maximize visibility and conversion rates.
  • Monitor and analyze ecommerce performance metrics, including traffic, sales, and customer behavior, to identify growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to create compelling digital campaigns and promotions.
  • Oversee inventory management, pricing strategies, and product listings to ensure accuracy and competitiveness.
  • Stay updated on the latest beauty trends, consumer preferences, and industry best practices to inform business decisions.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and fostering long-term customer relationships.
  • Work closely with logistics and supply chain teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in ecommerce, digital marketing, or retail, preferably in the beauty or FMCG industry.
  • Strong understanding of ecommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento) and online marketplaces (e.g., Lazada, Shopee, Amazon).
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Excel, Tableau) to track and report on KPIs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Creative mindset with a passion for beauty trends and digital innovation.
