Responsibility
- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with brand goals, including content calendars, campaign timelines, and KPIs.
- Create, curate, and manage engaging content (posts, videos, stories, reels) tailored to each platform (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics (engagement rates, reach, conversions) using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Insights, or Hootsuite, and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with design, marketing, and product teams to ensure brand consistency and campaign cohesion.
- Stay ahead of social media trends, algorithm updates, and emerging platforms to keep NCRSport at the forefront of digital innovation.
- Engage with the online community by responding to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely, brand-aligned manner.
- Plan and execute paid social media campaigns, including budget allocation, A/B testing, and ROI analysis.
- Produce monthly reports highlighting key achievements, insights, and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven 2+ years of experience in social media management, preferably in a fast-paced industry (sports, lifestyle, or e-commerce is a plus).
- Proficiency in social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn) and management tools (e.g., Buffer, Sprout Social, Canva).
- Strong copywriting and content creation skills, with a portfolio showcasing creative, high-performing campaigns.
- Analytical mindset with experience in data-driven decision-making (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.).
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with SEO and basic graphic design (Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar) is advantageous.
- Passion for sports, fitness, or lifestyle brands and a deep understanding of their audiences.
