Responsibility
- Develop and execute trade marketing strategies to enhance brand presence in retail channels, including supermarkets, hypermarkets, and specialty stores.
- Collaborate with sales teams to design in-store promotions, merchandising plans, and point-of-sale (POS) materials.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to identify opportunities for trade spend optimization.
- Manage relationships with key retailers, distributors, and vendors to secure promotional placements and co-marketing agreements.
- Monitor and report on KPIs (e.g., sell-in/sell-out data, market share, ROI) to evaluate campaign effectiveness.
- Coordinate with internal teams (product, digital, and brand) to ensure consistent messaging across all trade channels.
- Organize and participate in trade shows, product launches, and retailer training sessions.
- Prepare budgets, forecasts, and post-campaign analyses to support data-driven decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in trade marketing, FMCG, or retail (preferably in kitchen appliances or consumer electronics).
- Proven track record in developing trade promotions, retailer negotiations, and in-store activation.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, Power BI, or similar tools for data analysis.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Indonesian.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with Bali’s retail landscape and distributor networks is a plus.
