Responsibility

  • Develop and execute trade marketing strategies to enhance brand presence in retail channels, including supermarkets, hypermarkets, and specialty stores.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to design in-store promotions, merchandising plans, and point-of-sale (POS) materials.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to identify opportunities for trade spend optimization.
  • Manage relationships with key retailers, distributors, and vendors to secure promotional placements and co-marketing agreements.
  • Monitor and report on KPIs (e.g., sell-in/sell-out data, market share, ROI) to evaluate campaign effectiveness.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (product, digital, and brand) to ensure consistent messaging across all trade channels.
  • Organize and participate in trade shows, product launches, and retailer training sessions.
  • Prepare budgets, forecasts, and post-campaign analyses to support data-driven decision-making.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in trade marketing, FMCG, or retail (preferably in kitchen appliances or consumer electronics).
  • Proven track record in developing trade promotions, retailer negotiations, and in-store activation.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, Power BI, or similar tools for data analysis.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Indonesian.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with Bali’s retail landscape and distributor networks is a plus.
  • Creative thinker with a results-oriented mindset and a passion for consumer-centric marketing.
