Responsibility
- Identify, vet, and onboard high-potential Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and influencers aligned with brand values and campaign goals.
- Develop and execute end-to-end influencer marketing strategies, including campaign briefs, timelines, and deliverables.
- Negotiate contracts, rates, and collaboration terms with influencers to ensure mutually beneficial partnerships.
- Monitor and analyze KOL performance metrics (engagement rates, reach, conversions) and provide actionable insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (content, design, PR) to create compelling influencer-driven content.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, platform algorithm changes, and emerging influencers in the Indonesian market.
- Manage influencer relationships, ensuring long-term engagement and brand loyalty.
- Prepare reports and presentations to showcase campaign results and ROI to stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in influencer marketing, digital marketing, or a similar role.
- Proven track record of managing successful KOL/influencer campaigns with measurable results.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.) and analytics tools.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional local languages are a plus.
- Creative thinker with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
