Responsibility
- Develop and execute data-driven digital marketing strategies to promote property developments across Bali, including Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung.
- Manage SEO, SEM, and paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads) to maximize lead generation and conversion rates.
- Create and optimize engaging content (blogs, social media, email marketing, and video) tailored to homebuyers and investors in the luxury real estate market.
- Collaborate with sales, design, and development teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment with project goals.
- Monitor and analyze KPIs and campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, or similar platforms, and provide actionable insights.
- Manage social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok) to build community engagement and drive organic growth.
- Stay updated on digital marketing trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in the real estate industry.
- Coordinate with external agencies, influencers, and partners to amplify campaign reach and effectiveness.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on real estate, property, or luxury brands preferred.
- Proven expertise in SEO, SEM, PPC, and social media advertising, with a track record of driving measurable results.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp).
- Strong content creation and copywriting skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives for diverse audiences.
- Experience with CRM systems and lead nurturing strategies to convert prospects into buyers.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven mindset.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (Bahasa Indonesia, Mandarin) are a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with a results-oriented approach.
