Responsibility
- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns for property launches, including digital and traditional channels.
- Support sales operations by preparing client presentations, contracts, and follow-up communications.
- Coordinate and assist in property exhibitions, open houses, and client events to enhance brand visibility.
- Conduct market research to analyze competitor activities, pricing trends, and customer preferences.
- Manage and update CRM databases with leads, inquiries, and client interactions.
- Create engaging social media content and assist in community management for property projects.
- Collaborate with the design team to develop brochures, flyers, and promotional materials.
- Provide administrative support to the sales and marketing team, including reporting and data entry.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Real Estate, or related fields.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and basic graphic design tools (e.g., Canva).
- Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn) and digital marketing concepts.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for real estate, sales, or property development with a willingness to learn.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
- Available for a minimum 3-6 month internship with flexibility for full-time commitment.
