Responsibility
- Develop and execute data-driven marketing campaigns to boost user growth, order frequency, and subscription sign-ups for GrabFood in Singapore.
- Collaborate with product, analytics, and creative teams to optimize customer acquisition funnels and retention strategies.
- Monitor and analyze KPIs (e.g., CAC, LTV, conversion rates) to refine marketing performance and ROI.
- Design and implement loyalty programs, promotions, and referral initiatives to increase user engagement.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the food delivery sector.
- Manage digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, social media, email) to drive targeted traffic and conversions.
- Coordinate with regional teams to align local strategies with Grab’s global marketing objectives.
- Prepare reports and presentations for stakeholders, highlighting campaign results and actionable insights.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, growth marketing, or performance marketing, preferably in e-commerce or food tech.
- Proven track record of driving user growth and engagement through data-backed strategies.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics, SQL, or BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Experience managing paid advertising campaigns (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, etc.) and A/B testing.
- Excellent communication and project management skills to collaborate across teams.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and marketing automation platforms.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote work environment with minimal supervision.
