Responsibility
- Manage and maintain relationships with government bodies, local authorities, and external partners to ensure smooth business operations.
- Oversee the preparation, submission, and tracking of corporate permits, licenses, and legal documentation.
- Coordinate with internal teams to align external communications and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Handle administrative tasks, including filing, record-keeping, and reporting for legal and operational purposes.
- Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and stakeholder engagements.
- Monitor changes in local regulations and proactively update company policies and procedures.
- Support the HR and operations teams with cross-functional administrative duties as needed.
- Serve as a liaison between the company and external consultants or legal advisors.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in external relations, corporate administration, or legal compliance.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian business regulations and permitting processes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic legal documentation tools.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Familiarity with Bali’s business landscape is a plus.
