Responsibility
- Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (social media, email, content, and digital ads) to enhance brand awareness and engagement.
- Create and curate compelling content, including copy, visuals, and videos, aligned with brand guidelines and audience preferences.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using KPIs (e.g., CTR, conversion rates, ROI) and provide actionable insights for optimization.
- Collaborate with design, sales, and product teams to ensure cohesive messaging and consistent brand voice across all touchpoints.
- Manage social media platforms, community engagement, and influencer partnerships to amplify reach and foster brand loyalty.
- Coordinate events, webinars, and PR activities to strengthen stakeholder relationships and media presence.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor strategies, and audience insights to inform campaign strategies.
- Prepare reports and presentations for stakeholders, highlighting campaign results, ROI, and recommendations for future initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing, communications, or digital strategy, preferably in a fast-paced or international environment.
- Proven track record of managing successful campaigns across social media, email, and digital advertising platforms.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
- Proficiency in marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Mailchimp, Canva, or Adobe Creative Suite).
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights to improve performance.
