Responsibility
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
- Lead brand development initiatives, including positioning, messaging, and visual identity, to ensure consistency across all channels.
- Oversee digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content strategy, to maximize ROI.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats, and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with sales, product, and creative teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives and customer needs.
- Manage the marketing budget, allocating resources effectively to high-impact initiatives and measuring performance.
- Monitor and analyze KPIs and metrics (e.g., conversion rates, engagement, CAC) to optimize campaigns and report on results.
- Build and mentor a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in marketing management, with a proven track record in brand strategy and digital marketing.
- Strong expertise in SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and content creation, with a data-driven approach.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, SEMrush) and CRM systems.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in English (written and verbal).
- Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and the ability to adapt to changing market conditions.
- Experience in the Indonesian market or Southeast Asia is highly desirable.
