Responsibility
- Assist the production team in planning, coordinating, and executing projects from pre-production to post-production.
- Manage schedules, budgets, and logistics to ensure timely and within-budget project delivery.
- Liaise with clients, vendors, and internal teams to facilitate smooth communication and collaboration.
- Coordinate shoot schedules, locations, permits, and equipment rentals as needed.
- Assist in scripting, storyboarding, and other pre-production tasks to align with creative vision.
- Monitor project progress, track deliverables, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Support post-production processes, including editing, sound design, and final delivery.
- Maintain organized records of project assets, contracts, and documentation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Film Production, Media Studies, Communications, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in production assistance, media, or a similar role (internships count!).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective teamwork and client interactions.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana) and basic knowledge of production software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for storytelling, media production, and staying updated on industry trends.
- Willingness to travel to various locations in Bali as needed for shoots and meetings.
