Responsibility

  • Develop and execute lifecycle marketing strategies to enhance customer acquisition, retention, and loyalty.
  • Design and manage automated email, SMS, and push notification campaigns using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
  • Segment audiences based on behavior, demographics, and engagement to deliver personalized experiences.
  • Analyze campaign performance and customer data to refine strategies and improve ROI.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, product, design) to align marketing efforts with business goals.
  • Optimize customer touchpoints across all channels to ensure a cohesive and engaging journey.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and best practices in CRM and lifecycle marketing.
  • Monitor and report on key metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or digital marketing roles.
  • Proven expertise in CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Braze) and marketing automation tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SQL).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Experience with A/B testing and optimization of marketing campaigns.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
