Responsibility
- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with brand goals and target audience.
- Create, curate, and schedule engaging content (posts, stories, reels, videos) across all platforms.
- Monitor and analyze social media performance using tools like Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and TikTok Analytics to optimize campaigns.
- Grow and engage our online community by responding to comments, messages, and fostering meaningful interactions.
- Collaborate with influencers, partners, and brand ambassadors to amplify reach and credibility.
- Stay updated on social media trends, algorithm changes, and best practices to ensure our strategy remains cutting-edge.
- Work closely with the marketing and design teams to ensure brand consistency and high-quality visuals.
- Prepare monthly reports on KPIs, insights, and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (2+ years) as a Social Media Specialist, Content Creator, or similar role, preferably in the F&B, lifestyle, or hospitality industry.
- Strong portfolio showcasing successful social media campaigns, content creation, and community management.
- Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Canva, CapCut).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; fluency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret analytics and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Creative thinker with a keen eye for visual storytelling and trend-spotting.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with paid social media advertising (e.g., Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads) is a strong advantage.
