This is a unique opportunity for BS/MS students or recent graduates to gain hands-on experience in digital marketing, e-commerce operations, and agency relations while contributing to high-impact projects. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to onboard, train, and optimize performance for creator agencies, driving growth and innovation in one of the world’s fastest-growing social commerce platforms.

Responsibility

  • Assist in onboarding and training new creator agencies to the TikTok Shop ecosystem, ensuring smooth integration and adoption of platform tools.
  • Monitor and analyze agency performance metrics, identifying trends and opportunities to improve seller and creator engagement.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop strategies that drive agency participation in TikTok Shop campaigns.
  • Support the creation of educational resources (guides, tutorials, FAQs) to help agencies maximize their use of TikTok Shop features.
  • Conduct competitive research to benchmark TikTok Shop’s agency programs against industry standards.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve agency inquiries and escalate issues as needed.
  • Contribute to process improvements by proposing innovative solutions to streamline agency operations.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions to ideate new initiatives for agency growth and retention.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in or recently graduated with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, Communications, or a related field.
  • Passion for social media, digital marketing, or e-commerce with a keen interest in TikTok’s ecosystem.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with agencies and internal teams.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace (Excel, PowerPoint, Docs) for reporting and presentations.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with TikTok Shop, influencer marketing, or agency operations is a plus.
  • Eligibility to work in Indonesia (visa sponsorship may be available for exceptional candidates).
