This is a unique opportunity for BS/MS students or recent graduates to gain hands-on experience in digital marketing, e-commerce operations, and agency relations while contributing to high-impact projects. Youâll work closely with cross-functional teams to onboard, train, and optimize performance for creator agencies, driving growth and innovation in one of the worldâs fastest-growing social commerce platforms.

Responsibility
- Assist in onboarding and training new creator agencies to the TikTok Shop ecosystem, ensuring smooth integration and adoption of platform tools.
- Monitor and analyze agency performance metrics, identifying trends and opportunities to improve seller and creator engagement.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop strategies that drive agency participation in TikTok Shop campaigns.
- Support the creation of educational resources (guides, tutorials, FAQs) to help agencies maximize their use of TikTok Shop features.
- Conduct competitive research to benchmark TikTok Shopâs agency programs against industry standards.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve agency inquiries and escalate issues as needed.
- Contribute to process improvements by proposing innovative solutions to streamline agency operations.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to ideate new initiatives for agency growth and retention.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated with a Bachelorâs or Masterâs degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, Communications, or a related field.
- Passion for social media, digital marketing, or e-commerce with a keen interest in TikTokâs ecosystem.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with agencies and internal teams.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace (Excel, PowerPoint, Docs) for reporting and presentations.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with TikTok Shop, influencer marketing, or agency operations is a plus.
- Eligibility to work in Indonesia (visa sponsorship may be available for exceptional candidates).
