Responsibility
- Develop and execute integrated marketing communication strategies to enhance brand awareness and engagement for our beauty products in Bali.
- Create compelling content for digital and traditional channels, including social media, email marketing, and print collateral.
- Collaborate with influencers, bloggers, and local partners to amplify brand reach and drive consumer engagement.
- Plan and coordinate marketing events, product launches, and promotional activities in key Bali locations (e.g., Canggu, Ubud, Kuta).
- Monitor and analyze market trends, consumer insights, and competitor activities to refine marketing strategies.
- Work closely with the sales and product teams to ensure alignment between marketing initiatives and business objectives.
- Manage relationships with media outlets, agencies, and vendors to secure coverage and partnerships.
- Track and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing communications, preferably in the beauty, FMCG, or lifestyle industries.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns in digital and traditional channels.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, content creation, and influencer marketing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Creative mindset with the ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
- Experience working in Bali or familiarity with the local market is a plus.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
