Responsibility
- Develop and execute product strategies for IVD and Immunology solutions.
- Collaborate with R&D, marketing, and sales teams to align product roadmaps with business goals.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive insights.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards (e.g., FDA, CE) for diagnostic products.
- Leverage AWS and VB expertise to optimize product performance and scalability.
- Define product requirements and prioritize features based on stakeholder feedback.
- Monitor product performance metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Act as a subject matter expert in Immunology and IVD technologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Product Management, preferably in IVD or Immunology.
- Proven track record of launching successful diagnostic or healthcare products.
- Technical proficiency in AWS and VB for product development.
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements for medical devices/diagnostics.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working in a multinational or fast-paced environment.
- Certification in Product Management (e.g., PMP, CSP) is a plus.
