Responsibility
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to promote Tekmark’s robotics and automation solutions, aligning with business objectives.
- Lead brand positioning and messaging to differentiate Tekmark in the competitive robotics market, targeting industrial and commercial clients.
- Oversee digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, PPC, content marketing, and social media, to drive lead generation and brand awareness.
- Collaborate with sales and product teams to create high-impact marketing collateral, such as whitepapers, case studies, and product demos.
- Manage trade shows, webinars, and industry events to showcase Tekmark’s innovations and build strategic partnerships.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and customer needs in the robotics sector.
- Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics (ROI, conversion rates, engagement) and optimize strategies accordingly.
- Build and mentor a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and results-driven execution.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in technology, industrial automation, or robotics.
- Proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns with measurable impact on lead generation and revenue growth.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, CRM systems, marketing automation).
