Responsibility
- Develop and execute creative content strategies for social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Produce high-quality visual and written content, including videos, graphics, and captions, aligned with brand guidelines.
- Identify, engage, and manage collaborations with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and influencers to amplify brand reach.
- Monitor and analyze content performance using analytics tools, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Stay updated on digital marketing trends, platform algorithms, and emerging content formats.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and product, to ensure cohesive brand messaging.
- Plan and execute influencer campaigns, from negotiation and contracting to performance tracking.
- Maintain a content calendar and ensure timely delivery of all digital assets.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Content Creator, Social Media Specialist, or similar role, with a strong portfolio of digital content.
- Experience in influencer marketing, including identifying, negotiating, and managing KOL partnerships.
- Proficiency in content creation tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, CapCut, or Final Cut Pro.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices for engagement and growth.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and a passion for storytelling.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
