Responsibility

  • Develop and execute data-driven digital marketing strategies across Meta (Facebook, Instagram), Google Ads, and other social platforms to achieve KPIs for lead generation, brand awareness, and sales.
  • Create, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns, including audience targeting, A/B testing, and budget allocation to maximize ROI.
  • Produce engaging content calendars and oversee the creation of high-quality visuals, videos, and copy tailored to each platform’s best practices.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and third-party software, providing actionable insights and reports.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, sales, product) to align marketing efforts with business goals and seasonal promotions.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, algorithm updates, and emerging platforms to recommend innovative strategies for competitive advantage.
  • Manage community engagement by responding to comments, messages, and reviews to foster a positive brand image.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and social media management.
  • Proven track record of successful campaign management, with measurable results in lead generation, engagement, or sales growth.
  • Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs).
  • Strong copywriting and content creation skills, with the ability to adapt tone and style for different audiences.
  • Experience with graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Suite) or video editing (Premiere Pro, CapCut) is a plus.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills to coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Fluency in English (written and verbal); Indonesian language skills are a bonus.
