Responsibility
- Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of sales representatives to achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand the companyâs customer base and market share in Bali.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients, distributors, and business partners.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns and brand initiatives.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to senior management.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing client concerns and resolving issues promptly.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops to enhance the skills and productivity of the sales team.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Proven track record of achieving and surpassing sales targets in a competitive market.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to perform at their best.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Experience in the marketing, communications, or FMCG industry is a plus.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools is highly desirable.
- Bachelorâs degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
