Responsibility

  • Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of sales representatives to achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand the company’s customer base and market share in Bali.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients, distributors, and business partners.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns and brand initiatives.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to senior management.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing client concerns and resolving issues promptly.
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops to enhance the skills and productivity of the sales team.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
  • Proven track record of achieving and surpassing sales targets in a competitive market.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to perform at their best.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Experience in the marketing, communications, or FMCG industry is a plus.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools is highly desirable.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
