Responsibility
- Develop and execute data-driven growth marketing strategies to scale user acquisition and retention.
- Manage paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn) with a focus on ROI and CAC optimization.
- Lead SEO/SEM initiatives to improve organic search rankings and drive qualified traffic.
- Collaborate with product and sales teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
- Analyze performance metrics (KPIs, conversion rates, LTV) and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Create and optimize landing pages, email campaigns, and content marketing to enhance lead generation.
- Stay ahead of industry trends in digital marketing, automation tools, and emerging technologies.
- Build and nurture partnerships with influencers, affiliates, and industry leaders to amplify brand reach.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA or advanced certifications (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot) a plus.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in growth marketing, preferably in a tech or SaaS environment.
- Proven track record of scaling user growth through digital channels with measurable results.
- Expertise in SEO, SEM, PPC, and social media advertising (Meta, Google Ads, LinkedIn).
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics, SQL, or data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI).
- Experience with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, Mailchimp).
